Great little Coles, the best in the area. I live that you can park right outside and pop in quickly or stay all afternoon. Found that this one the aisles are slightly larger and cleaner than the other ones in the area.

I usually do my supermarket shopping at Coles Croydon. Today I was at Chirnside and required a few things so shopped there. I was greeted by a lovely smile and was questioned about my day with a genuine interest in my response. I looked to see that he was wearing a badge with Trainee on it so I asked him his name. Flynn keep up the enthusiasm and wonderful manner! Thanks for making me smile and caring!

Natalie was called to open a register today and you could clearly see she wasn’t happy about it, slamming our groceries into a bag, not so much as a hello. The attitude was pouring out of her. Not the best when you work in customer service. I always use registers over self service to keep people in a job but with service like that I would rather check out my own groceries.

I only shop here for the specials and the coles brand of GF products. Not a big coles, not a huge variety compared to Lilydale or Mooroolbark. I don't interact much with staff here either, but it's always a hit or miss with stock on shelves. I'm there every Monday and sometimes they have what I need in stock and other times they do not, which can be frustrating as I have special dietary requirements and it means I have to travel elsewhere after my regular food shop to find what I need or work out alternatives on the fly.

Disgusting customer service with this Coles. I ask help at the self check out counter and the girl has been extremely rude towards me， she rolled eyes and ask me if I owe any money or are in debt which is very offensive. Honestly shocking experience with this girl called Trasha, will never come back again. Management should be aware of this kind of behaviour as this is totally not acceptable.
